Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.00 / $18.50 for Bilingual Spanish
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Location: New Orleans LA 70121
Provide professional, customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing payments via phone and email. Collaborate with internal teams and perform administrative tasks to support Customer Care.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues.
- Log customer interactions and ensure SLA compliance.
- Process payments and provide payoff details.
- Verify purchase details with internal teams; escalate complex cases.
- Update Customer Care procedures and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on company products and industry terms.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills under pressure.
- Preferred: Call center experience and familiarity with phone software.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years in customer service (call center experience a plus).
- Bilingual in Spanish \
