Hours- M-F 12 : 30P-8 : 30 with OT as needed Saturday work depends on schedule. Not likely but can happen

Qualifications : YOUR ROLE :

As a Chemical Operator, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing our leading products in water-based adhesives. Specifically, you will :

• Setup, operate, and adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Drive a forklift to transport products throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Along with other duties as assigned, to be able to support the production of quality-based adhesives.

Responsibilities :

Operation of process equipment to make products in the department with minimal supervision. Must be able to follow written instruction to the letter and notify management if written instruction could be improved ie : safety, efficiency or quality. Ability to maintain data logs which include time, weights, temperatures, pressure, all legibly and timely. Troubleshooting of process and equipment to identify potential problems. Ability to follow all SHE requirements implemented by Henkel as well as state and federal mandates that apply to our product and raw material inventory. Willing to cross-train on all manufacturing equipment on the AE plant system. Provide operator training to other plant 98 employees as appropriate. Provide emergency services and general direction to other employees in the event of a plant emergency.
