OCM/Communications Coordinator
Pay Rate/Range: $51.00
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 2 year contract
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all OCM, communication, and training activities.
- Manage local stakeholder assessment and impact analysis.
- Lead local organizational impact analysis and develop a comprehensive change plan.
- Coordinate stakeholder-specific activities in collaboration with communication and training teams.
- Ensure local resources are available to effectively manage OCM activities.
- Act as a hands-on resource to execute OCM initiatives at the local level.
- Implement activities from OCM plans to ensure organizational readiness for change.
- Utilize OCM templates and tools provided in the deployment toolkit (or local equivalents) to lead change efforts.
- Support Organizational Alignment and Workforce Transition as required.
- Regularly track progress, monitor status updates, and provide feedback to the global ASPIRE OCM team.
- Ensure the successful completion of all deliverables within the OCM toolkit.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Background in Project Management, IT, Pharma, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management and leading large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of cultural aspects and business environment in the region.
- PROSCI Practitioner Certification or equivalent.
- A positive, can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to overcome resistance to change.
- Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive change through networks, communities, and change agents.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience at Roche / Group Informatics.
- Experience in large IT Service Management projects.
- Familiarity with SAP and S/4HANA deployments.
