Job Title: Construction Service Tech Shift

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are seeking experienced Service Technicians with skills in handyman work, basic framing, and construction background, particularly in door, window, or wall installation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform top-to-bottom refurbishment of modular buildings, including floor renovation, wall framing, and window cleaning.
• Remodel modular buildings to meet client needs.
• Inspect and replace framework as necessary.
• Clean and maintain modular buildings to ensure a safe working environment.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows.
• Maintain inventory levels of equipment, tools, and parts needed for service tasks.

Requirements:

• Rough Carpentry experience, specifically in wall framing or subflooring installation.
• Remodeling experience is essential.
• Background checks and drug testing are mandatory.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
