Key Responsibilities :
- Lead research projects, managing scope, deliverables & stakeholder expectations
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative research (interviews, surveys, workshops)
- Develop evidence-based journey maps & market segmentation profiles
- Integrate findings into compelling stories & actionable recommendations
- Educate stakeholders on best practices in market research
