Customer Operations Associate
Pay Rate / Range : $19.41
Hours : 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. M-F
Location : Onsite in Atlanta, G
Duration : 1 year
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, receiving and managing phone calls and emails.
- Input data into SAP IC, accurately documenting customer issues and resolutions.
- Research and resolve order-related issues while collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, brokers, and the product supply chain.
Order Management :
Create and manage customer orders to meet requested arrival dates while minimizing costs.Determine the closest available plant with inventory and execute requests as needed.Process and manage export orders for global markets, including Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Provide required export documentation (e.g., Commercial Invoices, Container Sheets, Pallet Sheets).Support for VIP and Specialized Accounts :
Provide weekly inventory and order management support for VIP accounts (e.g., World of Coca-Cola locations and the Atlanta Office Complex).Manage raw material support for lab facilities and product innovation testing.Support Canadian Smartwater accounts, ensuring accurate and timely communication and delivery.Minimum Requirements :
Experience :
t least 1 year in a customer-facing role.t least 1 year of call center experience.Skills :
Superior communication skills.Strong technical proficiency with SAP, SAP IC, Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Benefits : (employee contribution)
