JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a hybrid onsite role in Indianapolis. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals and designing efficient technology solutions to support enterprise-wide initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement enterprise-level architecture strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to assess current systems, identify gaps, and define future-state architecture.
- Create architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.
- Lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on architectural decisions, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assess emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on the business and guide their adoption were beneficial.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage relationships with various teams and personalities, navigating diverse viewpoints to achieve consensus on technology strategies and solutions.
- Ensure architecture solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members and other IT professionals.
