What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry level position at inSync Staffing?
Starting Rate $20.00, paid weekly
9am-5pm Monday-friday
3month assignment
The Packer selects or builds the appropriate containers for a variety of both small and large components / products by selecting the appropriate boxes / containers using detailed work orders to proficiently pack materials for secure dispatching and / or shipment to appropriate distribution areas and / or customers.
Other related duties as assigned
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent experience.
Fork truck license a plus
Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills
This position requires three to six months work experience to become proficient in all phases of the job to work independently.
Physical Demands / Efforts
The Packer must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to fin ger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Various PPE devices & equipment such as gloves, safety shoes, hearing protection, dust masks, and glasses may be required.
