LMS Administrator
Pay Rate/Range: $35.00 - $40.00
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Position is a hybrid role: 2 days on site and 3 days WFH
Duration: 1 year
Job Summary
The LMS Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for learning management systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, EdCast) within the Training & Development team. This role collaborates with leaders, trainers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure training processes are effectively supported and executed. The LMS Administrator is responsible for managing administrative transactions, aligning training requirements with processes and documentation, and promoting best practices for course administration and training execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key contact for learning management system (LMS) operations and processes.
- Perform administrative transactions in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors) to ensure accurate training alignment.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on LMS implementation and course administration.
- Assist with LMS learning inquiries, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with leaders, project managers, trainers, field personnel, and technology teams to ensure seamless training coordination.
- Promote best practices for training execution and course administration in alignment with global standards.
- Act as a consultant for training-related topics, ensuring effective and efficient learning processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in LMS administration.
- Proficiency in Cornerstone and/or SuccessFactors LMS platforms.
- Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving LMS-related issues.
