Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the complete order-to-delivery experience for hospital, clinic, and lab customers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and support requests through phone and email, addressing issues related to product function, order status, pricing, invoicing, and logistics. The position requires problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend corrective solutions. Strong communication, technological proficiency, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, proactively resolving potential issues.
- Process order replacements, returns, credits, debits, and order changes according to documented procedures.
- Address troubleshooting needs and provide solutions for product or service-related issues.
- Customer Relations & Specialized Support
- Serve as a key resource for customers, supporting their specific needs with subject-matter expertise.
- Coordinate communication and support for new product launches, promotions, process updates, and marketing programs.
- Proactively engage with at-risk customers, recommending process improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor customer and product trends, providing proactive solutions to improve service quality.
- Engage in special projects as assigned and contribute towards quality objectives through daily actions.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service, order fulfillment, or related role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Technological proficiency, particularly in SAP and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and manage change effectively
