Order Processor
Location : Dunmore, PA
Pay : $15.50 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Job Summary :
We are seeking a fast learner who can quickly grasp processes and workflows to assist in our Customer Service - Order Department. The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing, shipping methods, and distribution while demonstrating strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
- Answer telephone calls and provide professional support to customers.
- Enter orders accurately into various order management systems.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, including account setup, updates, and address changes.
- Quickly learn and adapt to order processes, shipping methods, and transit logistics.
- Participate in discussions to improve operational procedures.
- Assist with additional assignments during slower periods.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
