Buy-Sell Capabilities Lead
This person will be working on a team with both internal stakeholders and an external vendor to drive process definition and process efficiency. This work will involve lots of cross-functional meetings, clarifying understanding with multiple stakeholders who have differing opinions, and being able to communicate these findings back to leadership and a vendor. This person should be process-oriented and a data-driven decision maker. This person should also have some creativity and ability to think "big-picture" in designing future business processes to meet stakeholder needs. This person will also serve as point-of-contact to support a key product engine for the team.

- Proactively works with Factory, Developers, Category Team, and Costing Team to review and interpret factory cost breakdown and its impact on the total weighted margin.
- Provides and performs scenario analysis regarding Materials, component, technology, productivity, Gross Price Margin, and foreign exchange changes to help the team achieve target gross price margin per season according to the seasonal critical dates.
- Review historical information and models to prepare and present information to the category team and Costing counterpart to help establish FOB and factory negotiation.
- Effectively communicates pertinent costing model information to the category and costing organization. Including FOB confirmation and tracking progress against key deadlines and metrics : FOB Target vs. Actual FOB, FOB on time,

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note : One of the following alternatives may be accepted : PhD or Law 3 yrs; Masters 4 yrs; Associates degree 6 yrs; High School 7 yrs.
