3rd Shift Powerhouse Supervisor
Location : Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Pay : $30.00-$34.00 / hr
Schedule : 6 days / week, 10 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM (OT required)
Duration : 1-year assignment

Responsibilities
Supervise UAW Powerhouse Stationary Engineers
Approve and correct daily timesheets
Enforce shop rules and handle discipline
Schedule and oversee powerhouse operations
Manage gas-fired boilers and plant utilities
Handle high-voltage electrical switching
Use CMMS (Maximo) for maintenance scheduling
Conduct safety inspections and daily talks
Maintain logs and track performance metrics
Follow company procedures and safety policies
Work with coworkers, suppliers, and vendors
Requirements
Associate degree 4 years, or Bachelor's 2 years, or 6 years of experience
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred
Experience with boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, and switchgear
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
