Quality Inspector – Job Summary
The Quality Inspector ensures products meet customer specifications, company standards, and safety requirements through inspections at various production stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform random in-process and first-piece inspections.
- Read part drawings and communicate issues to operators.
- Identify and report nonconforming products.
- Check calibration of measuring equipment.
- Access and update quality documentation in SAP.
- Assist with quality training for employees.
- Support quality hold, in-process rejection (IPR), and corrective actions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.
