RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement : Assist customers in finding products, provide information on available services, and enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales & Transactions : Efficiently perform sales and cash-handling functions using the POS system, ensuring all scanned merchandise is accurately recorded.
- Inventory & Stocking : Receive inventory shipments, stock shelves neatly, rotate products, and maintain quality standards.
- Food Demonstrations : Set up demo carts, distribute samples, and engage in suggestive selling.
- Store Maintenance & Safety : Support adherence to company policies, ensure a clean and safe environment, and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Other Duties : Assist with front-end operations, maintain shelf stock levels, and follow all safety procedures.
