inSync Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirements.
In this role, you will prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the systems integration and test functions. You will also participate in planning meetings, recommending space, personnel, and equipment requirements, and drive continuous improvement through actively engaging employees in areas of waste identification and elimination.
