Pay Rate / Range : $70.00 to $75.00

Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Duration : 1 year

Onsite Position - Local Candidates only

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities efficiently, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and supplier agreements .
• Act as a first-level escalation point for business stakeholders.
• Leverage category guidance to determine the best sourcing methods.
• Manage supplier performance, contract negotiations, and master agreements .
• Support the development of new procurement strategies through data analysis.
• Utilize eSourcing tools and lead RfIs, RfQs, and RfPs for sourcing activities.
• Work closely with Procurement, Business, and Category Management teams to ensure end-user requirements are met.
• Maintain strong information flows to Category Management teams for high-value or non-standard requests.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other support functions to drive operational efficiencies.
• Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives , including supplier diversity and compliance with ethical standards.
