Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative, organized, and passionate Supply Lead, Acquisition - Experiences, to join the Acquisition Team within the Supply team . The role involves leading the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand hosted experiences by researching, curating, and sourcing exceptional experiences that foster human connection. The successful candidate will manage the supply acquisition funnel, work closely with vendors, and strive to meet global supply goals month-over-month.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee supply acquisition projects from planning through to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met.
- Stay informed on industry trends to source new talent and experiences, engaging with potential hosts.
- Lead meetings and provide regular project updates, ensuring clear communication across teams and with leadership.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including weekly updates and visual presentations.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensure quality standards are met, and support vendor training and system integration.
