Title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Rate : $32.14 / hour

Duration 4 Months

Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday-Friday

Location : Racine, WI 53403 (Onsite Critical, 5 days / week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Recruiting Coordinator supports recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role involves administrative tasks, logistics, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Top 5 Required Skills :

  • Minimum of two years of recruiting coordination or administrative experience
  • Experience scheduling complex panel interviews
  • Experience coordinating domestic travel for candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Office Suite products
  • Expertise in managing difficult calendar scheduling in a corporate environment

Technology Proficiencies :

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Experience conducting background checks and coordinating drug screens
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

    Schedule interviews and distribute agendas in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and manage onsite / virtual candidate experiences
  • Address candidate inquiries about the application process
  • Ensure hiring teams have a positive interview experience
  • Maintain ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
  • Coordinate background checks, physicals, and drug tests for North America hires
  • Resolve any background check issues
  • Manage candidate preboarding by sending welcome packages
  • Organize travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements
  • Professionally communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring dignity and respect
  • Greet and escort candidates for onsite interviews as needed
  • Provide logistical support for career events
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and achieve results
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Actively participate in HR and recruiting initiatives
