What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Technician position at inSync Staffing?
Starting Rate $18.56 / hr
2 Positions - 1st Shift (7 AM - 4 : 30 PM) | 2nd Shift (TBD, between 12 PM - 9 PM)
1-Year Assignment | Overtime & Weekend Work Required
Key Responsibilities :
- Verify and inspect incoming materials, reconcile shortages / damages, and enter data in the system.
- Process materials for lot traceability and sampling using barcodes and scanners.
- Operate forklifts (swing-reach up to 32 ft, stand-up narrow aisle, sit-down lift truck) after on-site training.
- Select, issue, and return materials to / from production, ensuring proper documentation in SAP.
- Perform cycle counts and load finished goods for shipment.
- Monitor production schedules and dispatch components as needed.
- Handle product changeovers and discard bulk products per specifications.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience : 1 year in shipping / receiving preferred, with forklift operation experience.
Computer proficiency (Windows, SAP preferred), strong math, attention to detail, and communication.
Must be available for last-minute overtime (daily / weekend) to support warehouse operations.
