The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Texas is required at the time of hire.
- Texas DEA License required.
- Ability to travel within the Beaumont, Baytown, and Southeast Houston areas.
- Manage an average caseload of 15-20 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment.
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Receive exceptional guidance and support from experienced Psychiatrists.
- Starting salary $300-450k for the first year, with potential for significant salary increases in the second year.
