Location: Roseville, CA
Workplace: Onsite
Compensation: Aligned with experience
Function:
- Respond promptly to new application requests from agents.
- Complete drop ticket submissions, and/or assist clients in completing the application interview, signing and returning their applications, and ordering their exams.
- Must possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
- Ensure that the diligent follow-up process is followed to provide frequent status updates on the application acquisition process to both the client and the agent.
- This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to utilize multiple resources to problem solve.
- This position is expected to be flexible in duties assigned based on the needs of the organization.
- The capacity to effectively manage competing priorities is necessary to be successful in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Respond immediately to application live call transfers
· Contact assigned client within 24 hours of case submission
· Send applications electronically and work with client to complete immediately
· Order Exams and preset the client exam appointment- explain exam tips and expectations
· Follow-up directly with client to retrieve the application and confirm exam completed
· Utilize vendor websites for drop ticket submissions, exam ordering, and status
· Become familiar with all carrier and vendor sites to check status and agent licensing
· Maintain complete and professional case notes in all required systems
· Interact professionally with affiliates, partners, and vendors as needed
· Notify Manager when your queue is more than 24 hours behind
· Must possess problem resolution skills and ability to multi-task
· Escalate reported problems to management as needed
· Attention to detail in all tasks is critical
· Be a Team Player, willing to cross-train and help with other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Excellent customer service experience- including exceptional verbal phone skills, and competent written correspondence ability.
- Ability to learn and use varied online and computer applications.
- Life insurance experience is not required, but desired.
