Employee Benefits Account Manager

This is a full-time position, onsite role. Licensing is required.

NOTE: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role supports the SALE of employee benefits to organizations.

Qualifications

• Experienced - While the ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and is comfortable running a small group book of business, we will consider an entry-level candidate for this role.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
• Licensed – Current license required. If chosen candidate is not currently licensed, Inszone will discuss covering fees associated with the process for this particular role.
• Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
• Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. Experience in Employee Navigator and / or Ease is a plus.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
• Administrative functions that support the sales and service of insurance

Compensation:

• Base salary, commission
