Personal Insurance Sales Manager

Qualifications:
- Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving sales (the ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance sales).
- Leadership - This is a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of leadership experience.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – Ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Goal-Setting and Achievement - Ability to read reports and metrics, set and achieve goals for team production; coach team members for success.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Quote and sell policies!
- Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
