With our products, we ensure that products are organic, food is safe, fisheries are sustainable, and fire safety of products and quality in aerospace manufacturing.

We are looking for that special someone with some combination of experience in technology systems implementation, certification or auditing world, and the Intact Platform to be part of our growing US business.

Job Description

• Customize software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications
• Analyze customer processes and requirements, create detailed user story documentation, and configure modules and functionalities accordingly
• Serve as a point of contact for detailed inquiries regarding modules and specialized customer configurations
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager
• Conduct key user training sessions

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in software implementation and/or a background in Auditing/Certification
• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Independent, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Team player who thrives in a multicultural and cross-time-zone environment
• Willingness to travel for training in Austria and customer visits as needed (~ 20%)
