The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Consultant to join our Legal team based in our Plymouth, MN office on a hybrid schedule. This position is responsible for fielding a high volume of broad scope customer service requests/inquiries from agents, insureds and field staff. Responsible for coordinating the resolution of issues/problems raised by callers. Some of the Compliance Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promote the U.S. compliance function part of a global framework
- Be a source of trusted compliance advice to the company’s management team
- Participate in the development and fulfillment of a robust annual Compliance plan
- Draft, review and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures
- Assess, monitor and mitigate compliance risks; conduct compliance assurance
- Manage and oversee consumer complaint’s function and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Track the legal and regulatory environment and support updates
The expertise you bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience working on compliance or risk matters required
Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience, and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires, but your recruiter will share more specific compensation information with you during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $105,000 – $139,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Hoboken, NJ; and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $122,000 -$142,000. In addition to base salary, full time Intact employees are also eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits to include but not limited to:
