Part-time Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator (15-20 hours / week) to support our client’s growing team. This role offers a flexible schedule, perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make a meaningful impact in the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Support : Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless interview experience.
- Job Posting Management : Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Application Tracking : Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation of candidate progress.
- Recruiting Operations : Provide administrative support to recruiters, including preparing candidate summaries, compiling feedback, and handling follow-up tasks.
- Sourcing Assistance : Help identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms, and conduct initial outreach as needed.
- Data Management : Generate reports on recruiting metrics and assist in maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to address scheduling conflicts and resolve any interview-related issues.
