Role Overview
The Managing Director, Field Leadership is responsible for developing and managing regional field leaders and advisors, ensuring strong sales performance, leadership growth, and alignment with company values. This individual will oversee field sales operations, directly manage senior field leaders, and coordinate with key internal stakeholders to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Accountability
- Set and track performance metrics, ensuring alignment between field strategy and company-wide objectives.
- Drive field-level revenue and production goals, maintaining close communication with senior executives.
- Implement accountability systems such as pipeline management and activity tracking to ensure consistent execution.
- Conduct individual meetings with field leaders to assess team performance, forecast trends, and address challenges.
Field Leadership & Team Development
- Conduct performance reviews with senior field leaders, analyzing key metrics and setting action plans.
- Manage leadership development programs, providing structured coaching and career growth frameworks.
- Oversee associate development initiatives, focusing on mentorship and career progression.
Coaching & Training
- Ensure best practices in financial planning and solution execution at the field level.

Educational / Licensing:
