Our client is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to their clients. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 1-2 years of experience who is looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with innovative companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and manage leaves of absence.
- Compliance: Assist with regulatory reporting, manage agreements, and maintain HR systems.
- Performance Management: Assist with the documentation/storage of employee review systems.
- Recruiting Support: Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- HR Operations: Manage HR-related documentation, maintain employee records, and oversee benefit enrollment processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the unique needs of each client.
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools is a plus.
- Availability for approximately 25-30 hours per week with some flexibility for client and team meetings.
