globally, they are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Partner

Operations to join their team in Sanford, FL.

In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the operational strategy behind our growing partnerships.

You’ll help bring our transformational programming to life by coordinating all aspects of

implementation—from initial outreach to final outcomes reporting. This is a perfect role for

someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and

hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the operational point person for partner relationships, overseeing internal
• alignment and external execution.
• Support the design and implementation of Conscious Discipline projects across schools,
• childcare programs, and international partners.
• Collaborate across teams to manage contracts, budgets, trainers/coaches, and
• implementation proposals.
• Supervise and coach our dedicated Customer Care team, ensuring outstanding client
• experience.
• Maintain a master project dashboard and track progress toward fidelity and outcomes.
• Drive process improvement and reporting, helping shape the future of how we serve our
• partners.
• Travel occasionally (2x annually within the U.S. and infrequently to Latin America).

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• 3 years of experience in an operations or partner-focused role within a school setting
• Working knowledge of child development and social-emotional learning (SEL) principles
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• A heart for education and a head for strategy
