What You'll Do :

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting for manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and develop a team, driving efficiency and excellence in financial processes.
  • Manage month-end closings, standard cost setting, and variance analysis.
  • Implement strategic financial initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with global finance leadership and ensure compliance with financial policies.

    • What You Bring :

    Must-Have Experience :

  • Manufacturing finance & cost accounting expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 7 finance professionals.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close experience.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.

    • Nice-to-Haves :

  • SAP experience.
  • International finance exposure.
  • CPA or Master's degree in Finance / Accounting.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
