What You'll Do :

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting for manufacturing operations.

Lead and develop a team, driving efficiency and excellence in financial processes.

Manage month-end closings, standard cost setting, and variance analysis.

Implement strategic financial initiatives and process improvements.

Collaborate with global finance leadership and ensure compliance with financial policies.

What You Bring :

Must-Have Experience :

Manufacturing finance & cost accounting expertise.

Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 7 finance professionals.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close experience.

Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves :

SAP experience.

International finance exposure.

CPA or Master's degree in Finance / Accounting.

5-10 years of relevant experience.
