The Senior Data Analyst supports the development and tracking of critical KPIs for Intapp. This position reports to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations and will work closely with organizational leaders as their cross-functional business partners. Your work will drive performance improvement, contribute to the strategic and operational planning, and provide insights and recommendations that will support key decisions at various levels.
What you will do:
- Assist with tracking corporate and functional metrics for functional teams including sales services, marketing,
- Design, develop, and maintain data connections between various sources and systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards that help leadership teams understand key business trends "at-a-glance."
- Dig deep into patterns of data and make compelling recommendations and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Build and grow relationships with internal teams to proactively identify business needs and address them with data driven approach.
- Collaborate with individuals across the organization to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop self-service dashboards.
- Work with our Data Engineering team to improve data collection/acquisition processes and build tools to make data access, extraction, and analysis more efficiently.
- 3 years of experience in and analytics focused role.
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Excel, and industry leading CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, especially when information or support is lacking.
- Comfortable handling ambiguous problems, developing creative solutions, and delivering against aggressive timelines.
- Excellent collaborator who can work with people just as well as they work with data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; s and proven ability to translate explain complex data into actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
