As a UX Designer, you can expect to:
- Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.
- Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders: developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process
- Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
- Partner with UX Research and the Design System team
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.
Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this UX Designer role, you will ideally have:
- 3-5 years experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners
- Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience
- Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and the React Framework
- Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives
- Experience or curiosity on how to integrate AI appropriately
- Familiarity with designing for mobile and table experiences a plus
