What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Recruitment Consultant position at Intaso?
Intaso is a leading cybersecurity staffing firm with offices in Chicago & London. Founded in 2020, Intaso became part of the JSS Group in 2023, and as a collective, we are now approaching 100 employees and delivering market leading performance. Intaso launched in Chicago in the Summer of 2024 and has grown to 4 teammates, with aspirations to double by the end of the year.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will build & maintain great relationships with Engineering & Product leaders across North America, and position yourself as a trusted partner for all things team building; accountable for both business development and recruiting. We are looking for someone who aspires to be a recognized thought leader in the industry and who we can build around.
What you will bring:
- 2.5 years recruitment experience in a technical market. Ideally you will have recruited Software Developers and/or Product folks into high growth SaaS/ software companies.
- Experience winning & developing your own clients. It is of paramount importance that you bring a proven track record at winning over senior stakeholders and beating the competition to be their 'go-to' recruiter.
