About the Role
As Senior Director, Program Evaluation, you will lead the evaluation of FAIMER's global medical education programs and serve as a key resource across Intealth. As Senior Director, Program Evaluation, you'll play a vital role in enhancing institutional effectiveness by developing standardized methodologies, systems, and procedures. Your efforts will foster continuous quality improvement and provide actionable insights to guide future program planning and implementation.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, international partners, and stakeholders, you'll champion best practices in program evaluation and academic scholarship, creating a meaningful impact on global medical education.
A Day in the Life
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the FAIMER evaluation team, set program priorities, and recommend resources for ongoing success.
- System Development: Establish infrastructure for consistent data collection, reporting, and evaluation systems to ensure quality and long-term outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Design innovative learning interventions and connect data insights to enhance program and institutional effectiveness.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Serve as a program evaluation expert, guiding global partners and internal teams in best practices.
- Educational Scholarship: Promote research and mentorship, contributing to publications and multi-modal dissemination of findings.
Requirements:
- 10 years in program evaluation, with expertise in medical education frameworks.
- Proficiency in qualitative research, survey design, and statistical tools (preferred).
- International collaboration or global education experience (preferred).
- Strong conceptualization and evaluation design expertise.
- Critical thinking, strategic leadership, and ability to work independently.
- Proven academic scholarship and research record.
Education:
- PhD or EdD in Medical Education, Social Sciences, Program Evaluation, or related fields.
