This individual will work closely with the VP of Sales to enhance performance and drive business growth through data analysis and commercial operations strategies.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Operation Lead at InTech Medical, you will be responsible for analyzing key data to improve commercial operations, sales effectiveness, and business decision-making. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will play a critical role in streamlining processes and providing data-driven insights to help the company reach its objectives.
You will work with multiple software systems including Hubspot CRM, Intuiflow for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and various ERP platforms such as Epicor, Job Boss, and Sage. Your role will be integral to improving data workflows, creating meaningful reports, and providing actionable insights across various departments, particularly sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Track the effectiveness of "Go To Market" Strategy by reporting against KPIs.
•Provide actionable insights and recommendations for the VP of Sales and leadership team.
•Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Hubspot CRM and other internal systems (power Bi).
•Lead the integration of commercial data across different systems (Hubspot, Intuiflow, Epicor, Job Boss, and Sage) to enhance decision-making.
•Work closely with the VP of Sales to optimize S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and manufacturing capabilities.
•Support the sales team with detailed reports and analyses to help drive growth and client satisfaction.
•Conduct trend analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
•Monitor and evaluate key metrics for manufacturing and sales operations to improve business efficiency and performance.
•Assist in pricing strategies, forecasting, and preparing data-driven reports for budgeting and business planning.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and IT teams to improve data systems, data quality, and operational efficiencies.
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all commercial operations activities to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
•3 years of experience in commercial operations, data analysis, or business analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
•Proficiency with Hubspot CRM, Intuiflow, and ERP systems (Epicor, Job Boss, Sage). Experience with data integration and reporting tools is a plus.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
•Experience with sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
•Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Experience in the orthopedic or medical device industry is highly desirable but not required.
