Summary of Responsibilities:
Intecrowd Associate Workday Integration Consultants focus on more common integration projects to ensure successful Workday deployments, usually as initial customer implementations, “Phase X,” or AMS projects.
If you have experience with object-oriented programming, service-oriented architecture design principles, typical ERP/HCM integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, knowledge of various integration technologies, a consultative approach to your customers, a role as an Associate Workday Integration Consultant may be a great match.
Essential Functions:
• Work on client engagements as a contributor; may work on solo assignments or lead small projects
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
• Keep project team apprised of assigned work status
• Join and participate in discovery sessions with customer and project team members
• Manage competing priorities
• Provide feedback internally on project/product where areas of improvement are identified
• Ensure the client is referenceable
• Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s integration & product skills with other consultants
• Mentor junior consultants
• Assist in building ongoing relationships with customers to promote Intecrowd’s continued growth and success
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Workday Integration Certification in current WD General Release or one (1) rev prior or equivalent experience - Required
• Prefer experience implementing Workday integrations as an implementer or as a client-side resource
• 1-3 years of HCM/ERP software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
• 1-3 years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company preferred
• Experience with networking and other HR Technology tools
• Experience and understanding of Human Resources and/or Financials data
• Business, Process, and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and facilitation skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework
• Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certifications
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with a focus in technology is preferred
Working Conditions:
• Remote work with occasional onsite customer and/or internal business travel
• Shifts and/or schedules may change throughout the year/tenure as dictated by management and business needs
• May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
• May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
