The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics & Semiconductor Expert to support our applications and technical marketing teams in defining, optimizing, and promoting semiconductor solutions for high-power applications. This role requires deep expertise in power supplies for one or more of the following markets: solar inverters, battery energy storage systems, data centers, telecom, motor drives, and e-mobility.

As a part-time contractor, you will work closely with applications engineering, marketing, and product development teams to define cutting-edge products for isolated power applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and system-level expertise in power electronics applications, with a focus on defining ICs for high-efficiency power conversion or motor drive.

• Support application testing, benchmarking, and validation of power semiconductor solutions for isolated power applications.

• Assist in the development of design guides, white papers, technical articles, and presentations to educate customers and drive product adoption.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in power electronics, with hands-on expertise in power supply design, inverter topologies, or motor drive.

• Deep technical knowledge of power semiconductors and their role in high-power applications.

• Strong understanding of power conversion architectures, efficiency optimization, thermal management, and EMI considerations.
