Innovation Strategy Executive
We are seeking an Innovation Strategy Executive to develop and implement our innovation strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing new products and technologies, managing project plans, and providing technical leadership to ensure timely and fiscally responsible delivery of high-quality products.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a managerial capacity. They must have demonstrated experience in project management, product and process development, and quality control techniques. Additionally, they must have strong oral and written communication skills, ability to plan and make sound business judgments, and proven leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our innovation strategy.
- Lead and manage engineers and technicians assigned within the group.
- Provide detailed fiscal management of customer-funded projects to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.
