Responsibilities of the Research Data Associate position
Serve as a liaison between the reporting & analytics team and leadership team to understand departmental reporting needs.
Improve, format, and categorize data of pre-existing reports in Microsoft Excel and clean it up.
Provide recommendations to disparate data and translating ad hoc requests to consistently deliver relevant and impactful results.
Ensure quality control over data, analyses and metrics.
Identify flaws and errors in the customer data and any upstream data issues.
Requirements of the Research Data Associate position
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree
Strong and savvy research and computer skills
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel along with Office suite.
Experience with researching data, filing, and modify customer files in a database.
Critical thinker - the ability to determine the best way to optimize customer data inputs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable presenting data information to upper management and maintaining integrity of customer information.
