Under the regular guidance of the Communications Center Manager, the Communication Specialist has primary responsibility for the general operations and success of the communication / dispatch center. Essential functions include receiving and dispatching all requests for air and ground transport across all bases, facilitating regular communication and coordination between clinical and aviation personnel, and delivering superior customer service to customers and employees of Apollo MedFlight.
