Integra Beauty is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Accounting team. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing bills, maintaining vendor information, and supporting other accounts payable-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bills, maintain vendor information, and process 1099s annually.
- Create and reconcile prepaid schedules.
- Support other accounts payable-related activities.
- Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures.
- Run weekly AP aging reports.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working in an accounting field.
- Familiarity with accrual accounting.
- Excellent computer literacy with capability in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent knowledge and experience using G-Suite products (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Experience using NetSuite preferred.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and diligent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
