About The Role:
We are looking for a talented person to join our in-house production team and deliver high quality photography, retouching, compositing and color correction for all our digital assets used for packaging, e-commerce, advertising, social media and other needs across branded and marketing efforts.
In addition to supporting the photography request, this role also consists of assisting our Production Director with coordinating shoots, creating casting calls, sourcing of props and set pieces, and for production team projects. Looking for someone who is organized, and passionate with the drive to take initiative and deliver results.
The ideal candidate would have extensive production experience (photography focused) along with experience with pre-production and producing. Please note that this is not a portrait or film photographer position; we are looking for someone who is skilled in digital photography, with good experience in shooting still lifes (products) as well as people with a focus on hair and beauty.
Must be comfortable with Canon cameras, continuous and strobe lighting and can use Capture One, and Photoshop. Additional skills that would be a plus for us would be skills in 3D rendering, 360 product photography, use of Ai platforms for more efficient content creation and familiarity with social media content creation.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and Shoot all photo content for branded and marketing teams: This includes product photography, lifestyle, gifs, and other content as needed
- Maintain organized studio and up to date inventory of equipment
- Work well with production team to create seamless production processes
- Direct and guide on screen talent, as well as stage and set products for product shots
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- Edit and retouch all image selects for final output
- Create innovative and creative sets for photos through use of lighting and props
- Maintain an organized workflow for easy tracking and select of images for editing
- Work with various marketing team directors to execute and bring to life the content that has been envisioned by them.
- Research new trends, techniques, platforms, and tools to innovate and enhance the quality of our photo content
- Provide high-quality assets in multiple formats depending on expected consumption
- Work closely with our Digital Asset Manager to ensure all final assets are properly passed off, tagged, and tracked for distribution
- Work with Production director to maintain production calendar
- Create casting calls to build a pipeline of eligible talent for future shoots
- Manage talent relations during productions
- Review scripts and project shortlist received from requestors to develop production plans
- Collaborate with production director, ensure that our daily production operations run smoothly
- Create tickets for production and retouching projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience in photography and retouching for product content and model content
- Certificate or Degree with a focus in digital photography and retouching
- Good with team environments
- Advanced knowledge of canon cameras and lenses
- Comfortable with grip work (stand, electrical, mounts, tripods, safety etc.)
- Must be skilled inCapture One and Photoshop
- Familiar with various shooting formats (i.e High speed, low light, vertical, RAW etc.,)
- Comfortable with various retouching techniques to edit products, people, backgrounds as needed
- Portfolio and/or video reel required
- Experience 1-2 years in pre-production, casting, and video production
- Organized and Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
