About The Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing who excels in strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team development. This role requires a leader who can provide valuable market and product insights to guide our management team and drive our marketing efforts forward. This role is located on-site at our Dania Beach, FL office and reports directly to the CMO. Responsibilities include team leadership and development across ecomm, brand, creative, copywriting, consumer research, and support of marketing operations.
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across all channels, including retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
Translate consumer insights, performance analytics, and retailer strategies into winning business strategies and tactics.
Own the brand’s positioning with a deep understanding of key brand traits and the evolving retail / customer environment.
Drive revenue growth by joining Brand and Growth departments, understanding pricing elasticity, lift, and profit maximization.
Oversee the website as a primary owned medium, ensuring customer interaction aligns with brand expectations and enhances the digital experience.
Influence, connect, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business-building initiatives.
Lead and develop high-performing teams across brand, creative, consumer research, and marketing operations.
