JOB SUMMARY
INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader of innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. The Salesforce Developer supports the global Application IT Salesforce team in daily operations and continuously develops the central Salesforce system. The Salesforce Developer will work on a variety of Salesforce projects and be prepared to step in when needed to ensure the ongoing success of our Salesforce initiatives. She/he supports the business with technical issues and is the technical support on all existing and future Salesforce implementations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesforce development:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions with a focus on flows, Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools
- End-to-End Implementations: Lead and execute full-cycle Salesforce projects, from gathering requirements to post-deployment support
- Analyze complex systems and troubleshoot and isolate system issues
- Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce instances, identifying and resolving issues efficiently

Integrations and enhancements:
- Work on integrations with other systems, enhancing existing Salesforce functionality, and ensuring seamless data flow between applications.

Support and training:
- Support business analysts and other stakeholders on business requirements and perform technical expertise, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to support decisions for new or changed solutions
- Develop and maintain clear documentation of systems and processes, and train end-users and administrators when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Completed studies in business informatics or comparable education
- 5 years of professional experience as the Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce development, especially with Flows, Apex, and Lightning components
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects on the Salesforce platform
- Sales Cloud & Account Engagement: Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), understanding how these modules contribute to business success
- Commerce Cloud & FSL Development: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B) and Field Service Lightning (FSL) development is highly preferred
- Integration Experience: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect) are a plus
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team and a willingness to take ownership of problems
- Team player and cooperative, independent and responsible personality
