The Field Service Representative provides on-site service for a range of INTEGRA products, with a focus on INTEGRA’s MEDIACLAVE/MEDIAJET, VIAFLO 96/384, ASSIST Plus, VIAFILL, WELLJET, & ASSIST. This role also involves working from the back office to manage various administrative tasks when no in-field service assignments are scheduled. The territory for this role is primarily New England.

Primary Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues. This may involve replacing faulty components, adjusting settings, and conducting functional tests to ensure the equipment's proper operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to proactively address potential issues and extend the lifespan of the equipment. This may include cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components, as well as replacing worn or outdated parts.
- Ensure that the customer's equipment is calibrated to meet industry standards and specifications. Perform precise adjustments and testing to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers before, during, and after service visits. Explain the nature of the work, answer questions, and provide recommendations for optimizing equipment performance.
- Analyze and identify complex technical problems, both hardware and software-related, and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Accurately record all service-related activities, including equipment status, parts used, and service time, using an ERP system (SAP/Salesforce).
- Previous technical training & experience preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
- Familiarity with life science is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and experience working in an ERP system.
- Flexible to handle both in-field service and office-based tasks.
- Willingness and ability to travel for service appointments, with a valid driver's license.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
