- Do you have record of your OJT hours and just need to finish up classes - OR - have the OJT hours and just need to test? Can you prove two years of on the job experience? We are looking for you!!! This position requires a state of Iowa license BUT we are also open to hiring an Electrical Apprentice that is a few months out from being licensed!
This is a performance based SERVICE position with a base rate and the potential to earn $80,000-$100,000 per year if you are motivated. All with no weekends and minimum overtime. You earn what you deserve.
This is an ELECTRICAL SERVICE position which means you'll be in and out of customers' homes daily. You must be a confident communicator and have the ability to quickly build relationships.

Duties:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Communicate confidently with customers one-on-one
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Assist with the installation of electrical components in commercial and industrial settings
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete electrical tasks
- Gain knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and apply it to electrical installations
- Assist with frame carpentry for electrical installations
Skills:
- Have proven experience hanging ceiling fans, installing breakers, troubleshooting non-working plugs and switches.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles
- Familiarity with power tools used in the electrical trade
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced electricians
- Basic knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus
