WANTED:
Rude, lazy and unmotivated person needed for FULL-time sales representative at our 5-STAR Electrical Home Service Company.
Ideal candidate must SHOW UP LATE, do the BARE MINIMUM and BLAME everyone else.
ZERO WORK ETHIC AND INABILITY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IS A PLUS.
A GREAT sense of humor is required. :)
Seriously, you must be highly coachable, able to independently solve problems and have ZERO ego.

This is a performance based position with a base rate and the potential to earn up to $250,000 per year. All with no weekends and minimum overtime. You earn what you deserve. Company vehicle provided after training period.
Position responsibilities:
- Meet one-on-one with residential customers
- Communicate job scope and cost
- Perform basic electrical jobs like changing fixtures, troubleshooting and switching out breakers

Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers
- Provide exceptional sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and through various communication channels
- Utilize sales management tools and software to track progress and manage customer relationships
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools
