About Us
Come join us at Integra! We are looking for a team oriented, multi-talented individual to join our operations team. This position will assist the operations staff members in maintaining and growing Integra’s core business of purchasing and collecting accounts receivable. The position works with the operations team in several facets including daily funding of client accounts, loan administration and account reconciliation. This is a full-time position that can be considered for a hybrid role after 6 months in office with successful job development.
Job Responsibilties:
· Accurate and timely execution of daily client account funding including wires, ACHs and fuel cards.
· Help solve funding errors with operations team
· Assist with monthly wire review and research
· Primarily point of contact for loan origination, funding, GPS installation and title conversion/maintenance
· Responsible for coordinating clearing of loan exceptions
· One of primary division contacts for internal and external audit preparation
· Assist accounting department with monthly closing activities including funding and payment reconciliation.
· Backup staff member to payment processing which includes posting of checks and ACHs.
Qualifications:
· Ability to prioritize work, remain on task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet applications.
· Ability to work well with others as part of a team and maintain constructive working relationships within and outside the organization.
· Detail oriented on review of multiple documents.
· Exhibit persuasive telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
· Ability to learn and navigate new software applications.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
