Personal Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to clients of all ages in their homes across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients of all ages to promote their overall well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or in a similar home care role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate and deliver personalized care in a home setting.
• Familiarity with basic medical practices and the ability to monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Experience providing care for diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors, in a home environment.
• Expertise in providing personalized support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation, tailored to individual client needs.
• Ability to create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients within their homes.
